我公司主要生产船舶上下水气囊和充气、填充式橡胶靠球，我公司产品采用流水化作业程序，即原材料：我公司完全用自己生产的原材料生产气囊、护舷（靠球）。如气囊、护舷（靠球）主要的骨架材料帘子布，都是我厂自己生产的，帘子布在原有浸胶工艺的基础上进行了技术改进，并经省级鉴定和国际质量管理体系的认证；并用我公司生产的橡胶（帘布胶），橡胶的配方稳定性强，含胶量有充足的保证；同时我公司配备有帘子布专用的挂胶设备（四辊压延机），这对气囊和靠球的生产具有很强的稳定性，这是国内其他同行业所不能的。
我公司主导产品是船舶上下水气囊和充气橡胶护舷；同时我公司在国内率先通过了中国船级社CCS工厂形式认可。
船舶用气囊上排、下水是一项极具发展前途的新工艺，它克服了以往中小船厂修造船舶能力受制于固定下水滑道的弊端，发展到今天极具灵活性的柔性下水技术，具有省工、省时、省力、省投资、机动灵活、安全可靠、综合效益显著等优点。
充气橡胶护舷是当前国际上最先进的护舷品种之一，是海上靠泊、海上采油和建设强大海军有效地船舶防护设施。它利用压缩空气作为缓冲介质吸收船舶的冲击能量，与一般压缩型橡胶护舷比较具有特殊吸收冲击、振动的功能，成为目前多种船舶在海上靠泊时的理想防护设备，此外还用于墩式码头和其它大型码头。
