<div><span>（1）<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>气囊选型：根据船宽46米，支墩高度0.8米，船自重13000吨的技术参数，确定气囊的尺寸为直径1.8 米，有效长度为16米，工作压力为0.15Mpa，气囊的爆破压力设计为0.9Mpa，安全系数取6。气囊应按CB/T3795的检验标准进行检验合格。气囊每次被用于船舶下水前应作无载充气试验，充气压力取该直径气囊工作压力的1.25倍。</div>

<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>根据船舶自重13000吨的要求60条气囊就能满足要求，但我们在选用气囊数量时还应考虑滚动气囊之间的间距(L/(N1-1))要求:</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>滚动气囊之间的中心距应保证船舶结构强度: L/(N1-1)*2&le;<span>6，N1&ge;L/3+2，既N1&ge;70。</span></div>

<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: -12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 35.95pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">1.</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">在艏部中心线纵横骨架交错处焊牵引眼板，具体位置由船方技术人员与我下水队长协商决定。如果艏部带缆桩等强力部件能替牵引眼板，可不焊接专用眼板。</span></div>
<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: -12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 35.95pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">2</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">．根据60t牵引力的要求，从厂方现有的设备选取绞车、滑车组、钢丝脱钩器等，然后将全部牵引设备紧紧将艏部与地牛连接。</span></div>

<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: -12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 35.95pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">6</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">．气囊逐只拉入船底，气囊实际布置时可按船墩位置适当做调整，但最大中心距不得大于4.9m，所有气囊必须垂直船体中心线，偏差小于0.1m。气囊中心与船体中心应一致，偏差小于0.15m。</span></div>
<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 35.95pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">7</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">、对所有气囊逐只充气,充气过程要逐步提高压力,先将所有气囊充到0.05Mpa,然后到0.1Mpa,再提高时注意艏艉平衡,因为船体自重与重心计算与实际有误差，所以实际操作时必须艏艉平衡条件下提高内压,当船底全部高出船墩30mm～50mm时停止充气。</span></div>
<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 24pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">8</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">、拆除所有墩木，按从船中向艏、艉拆，以及从船中向两侧拆的原则进行。</span></div>
<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 24pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">9</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">、所有墩木拆完拉到船舷外2m以外，不能影响移船。</span></div>
<div style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: -12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 35.95pt"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">10</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">．再检查船底下与滑道下是否完全干净，下水水位高度要求大于3.0m以上，即闸门处实际水深0.91m以上。</span></div>

<div>开始通过探测发现船体倾斜70度，但现在时间已经过去一个多月，由于被潮水海浪推移，倾斜度已改变，船体右侧已基本趋于平躺。由于现场是青岛的一个粪便处理场加上多年的积淤右下侧基本被淤泥掩埋，低潮时由原来船体50%露出水面变为30%露出。所以在原来的打捞气囊数量的基础上应再增加一部分，因为此时的船体又增加了一部分被掩埋的阻力所以浮力也要增加。<br />

<div><span>一、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>打捞气囊应采用直径1.2m*12m的高压气囊，这种气囊本身重量稍轻一点便于牵拉操作使用。该种气囊每只所产生的浮力在不同水深不同压力的情况下所产生的浮力也不同。如气囊在水下2m时压力为0.6Mpa时所产生的浮力为6.8Mpa/m*12；在水下3m时所产生的浮力在2m水深的基础上再加1Mpa/m。在水下2m时达到0.8Mpa时所产生的浮力为9.0Mpa/m*12； 在水下3m时所产生的浮力在2m水深的基础上再加1Mpa/m。在水下2m时达到1.0Mpa时所产生的浮力为12.0Mpa/m*12； 在水下3m时所产生的浮力在2m水深的基础上再加1Mpa/m。依此类推。<br />

<div><span>二、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>在左右弦甲板的外侧各固定5个气囊，在底部右侧6个气囊，分三组操作。共需打捞气囊16个外加4个备用气囊。如果需要，可能将打捞气囊达到10Mpa高压，此时每只气囊所达到的浮力会超过120T。将备用气囊事先固定于船首和船艉。<br />

<div><span>三、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>打捞前先将一、二舱内固定能够满足船舱的排水气囊，充气排水；再将右舷气囊进行充气，在船体的慢慢扶正过程中同时完成一、二舱内大部分的排水，剩余部分可采用大排量水泵排掉，再用堵漏气囊对破损的船体进行堵漏，防止进水。船体在上浮过程中，虽然一二舱的水被排出，但此时机舱和前检舱内的水不能被及时排出，船艉的重量最大，所以将备用气囊启动。</div>

四、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>该船自重895T，右舷和底部的气囊所产生的浮力在1000T以上，当船体扶正后，左舷一组气囊会产生600T以上的浮力，由于气囊在上浮过程中每上浮1m压力会增加1Mpa，此时我们专业研发自制的自动泄压安全保护装置会自动将气囊中多余的气压排掉。既保护了气囊又达到了安全生产的目的，除了采用我们特有的网络式钢绳固定和气囊连接以及装配自动泄压安全装置，其它气囊打捞法安全性、可靠性甚低。</div>

五、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>当船扶正时除了安全装置排压外，在水上控制三组气囊的工作人员应及时迅速将气囊排掉一部分气压。这样船只的扶正和排水完全达到了统一。</div>
<div>①当船右舷的气囊做功时，排水气囊也同时在做功，此时的船体重量和重心都会改变，由于受到浮力的作用，船体会上浮，船底右侧气囊在这时候也要充气，此时很关键，对这一组气囊的充气工作人员需非常仔细，要根据实情控制充气速度的快慢（当船体扶正后可先行将这一组气囊排气）。当船体在没有完全扶正的时候，左侧气囊开始充气以防船体向左倾斜。</div>
<div>②船体扶正后一、二舱内的排水气囊和左右弦气囊不能撤离，以方便船只拖运，此时气囊所产生浮力刚好适合扶稳船只即可，将船底右侧气囊安全撤掉。</div>

<br />
六、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>船首船艉和底部的钢绳是一定要穿绕的，而船体中部有可能进行水下焊接地铃来穿绕连接钢绳(因为船下面已经被淤泥掩埋无法绕船体横向穿钢绳),这样仍然是一个有机完整的整体钢绳网状结构，需40&mdash;60个50T的地铃，另外有些情况仍然需现场临时决定。在此方案中可能无法描述（比方说钢绳的间距、地铃的位置等等），但这并不影响打捞的进行。</div>

<div align="center"><b>&nbsp;</b></div>
<div>根据对泰海轮情况的全面分析和进一步周密细致的研究，特制定如下打捞方案：</div>
<div><b>打捞准备：专业打捞员、操作工、工作船、空气压缩机、</b><b>380V</b><b>电源、打捞气囊、排水气囊、堵漏气囊、高压导气管、气囊连接器、钢绳，其他所需工具备件全部到位待命。</b></div>
<div><span>一、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>首先根据该船主要尺度制作实际可用的专业打捞气囊并在囊体上预先制作能够穿过钢绳的固定环。由于该船几乎完全沉入水中并成倾斜状，采取纵横交错方式合理将钢绳置于船体周身形成网状结构以达到气囊产生浮力时对整条船只起到稳定作用，我们在前面打捞方案第四款已经描述过。开始先在船头船尾各绕两道再横向缠绕两道，船体中部再绕四道，在船底纵向穿绕两道是至关重要的，钢绳的间隔距离应视船体的实际情况现场决定。这一道工序大约需要48小时。根据实际情况合理分布气囊，第一排气囊应先由工作人员沿右舷方向牵引至船边并进行固定。然后再将左舷固定相应的气囊最后在船底右侧固定一个气囊。</div>
<div><span>二、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>当固定好气囊后，所有水下人员撤离船体周围，并由专业人员用导气管及气囊专用配置有效连接好。所有气囊分三组操作，此时应将排水堵漏气囊置于船舱中先行排水以减轻船体重量。</div>
<div><span>三、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>打捞开始先对右舷气囊进行充气浮力产生船体会扶正此时应快速将左舷气囊充气以防船体左倾，产生波动，使重心平稳移动。但重要的是当船体没有完全扶正的情况下，固定在船底右侧的气囊也开始做功，使整条船处于平稳状态。该船浮起的整个过程大概只需30分钟左右。</div>
<div><b><span>四、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></b>打捞气囊的总量所产生的浮力按理论要求应超过船体自重以及进入海水重量的2.6倍以上。右舷气囊和船底右侧气囊所产生的浮力足够将船体扶正，而左舷气囊所产生的浮力会和上述两排气囊密切稳定配合完全将船体浮稳，<b><u>这在打捞概念中被称之为上悬浮。</u></b></div>
<div><span>五、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>该船使用的打捞气囊通过理论数据计算需使用高压气囊有关技术参数如下（详见参数表）</div>
<div>打捞专用气囊采用特殊工艺，加强筋采用国际标准，拉断力F&le;23N/㎝<span>^</span>,并以每平方厘米约36根纵横交错布局，专用胶渗透期间，经特殊工艺处理，从而加大了囊体的高强度及柔韧性，而在设计上所采取的流线型则便捷了力既往各个方向传递，又使力易向一处集中，<u>当力超出某一临界点时，便启动泄压装置，将不安的因素泄掉。泄压装置的发明使用从根本上克服了以气囊为容器以气体为介质做功时，因不可预料因素影响，使压强瞬间增大而留有许多隐患这一的难题，从而达到了保护人身安全，保护气囊，提高效率及效益这一目的。</u></div>

<div>&nbsp;5 船舶倾覆过程中右舷甲板与码头碰撞严重，造成破损情况不详，需要进行水下探测。</div>
<div><b>三 、沉船打捞基本方法</b></div>
<div>&nbsp;&nbsp;根据沉船右舷甲板和舷板的破损程度选择如下扶正方法<span>;</span></div>
<div>&nbsp;1 当沉船右舷甲板和舷板破损不严重时选择：封舱堵漏利用船舱内浮力结合气囊所产生的浮力进行扶正。主要作业步骤如下：</div>
<div>（<span>1）潜水作业船抛锚就位，工作船和打捞气囊到位。</span></div>
<div>（<span>2）潜水员进入水下对船体部位开洞并用气囊堵漏</span></div>
<div><b>四、经有关技术人员对详情研究分析可采用如下打捞办法：</b></div>
<div>1 首先由右舷靠水底一侧按船首至船艉方向绕一圈钢绳，靠右甲板外侧再绕一圈钢绳。然后，在船首船艉各穿两道钢绳，同时也要于船底右侧（此时船已成侧倒状）及船两侧甲板在各绕一圈钢绳，右舷水底和船底右侧各加一排气囊，最</div>
<div align="center"><b>&ldquo;泰海&rdquo;轮沉船打捞方案</b></div>
<div>后在船左舷加一排气囊（详见图<span>2）.使钢绳形成一个稳定结实的网状结构。</span></div>
<div>2 工作原理是，当为右舷靠水底和船底右侧的气囊充气时，即可产生相应的浮力将船体稳定的浮起。为了船体的稳定，此时也应对左舷的气囊进行充气，这样整条船就会稳定的浮在水面（详见图<span>1）.</span></div>
<div>3 另外，已经浸到船舱里的海水会随着船体的扶正和浮起而自然的排除一部分。当然，船舱里的海水多少并不会影响到船体的稳定性，因为气囊所产生的浮力已经达到了功效。</div>
<div>4 其它具体事项，要根据现场情况以及船体本身来临时确定，以达到安全打捞之目的。</div>
<div><b>五、 安全措施</b></div>
<div>1 提前向海事部门提交打捞作业计划报告，得到海事部门批准后按步骤进行作业。</div>
<div>2打捞作业期间由专业负责人向海事部门报告详细作业计划。</div>
<div>3加强<span>24小时值班，注意收听专业气象报告。</span></div>
<div>4严格按照作业规范的要求进行作业，加强对作业人员的管理教育，作业时无关人员不得进入作业区。</div>
<div>5在水面以上作业人员工作时必须佩戴安全帽穿救生衣。</div>
<div>6电焊作业时要注意加强防火防爆工作，备好防护设备器材设施。</div>

气囊助浮海底管道工程方案</div>
<div>一、总则</div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>管道于铺管船上，离海岸距离300M，采用气囊助浮铺管移运到岸边。海水最深处H1=9M，最浅处为H2=2M的管槽。管槽为梯形上底长5M，高2M，下底长2M。海水流向为离岸和向岸。深海处为重型管道，长约200M，近海处管道为轻管道，长100M。</div>
<div>二、参数设计及计算</div>
<div>管道的基本参数</div>

<div>气囊开始是叠放于管道上，采用麻绳固定，充气后麻绳断裂。</div>
<div>三、气囊与管道的捆绑方法和示意图</div>
<div>由于长时间的在海水中浸泡，要注意气囊与管道的安全和稳定，保证在海水运动下和牵引拉力作用下，气囊的能够保证管道安全的在海上悬浮移运。</div>
<div>由于气囊提供的浮力远大于管道自身的重量。有较高的安全系数。因此，保证气囊与管道的稳固绑定就能使管道在海面上安全移运。设计的绑定方法如下图示：</div>
<div>在上图中，绑定的方法如下：</div>
<div>气囊上采用绑带（用红色绳所表示），管道采用钢丝绳绑定（黄色绳表示）中间用卡环连接。</div>
<div>钢丝绳的一端固定于一位置，在管道上绕一圈后进行绑定，每个管道采用<span>5次相同的固定，以保证其在海水中能与气囊一起同步，不掉落脱离。</span></div>
<div>钢丝绳采用<span>22mm，绑带采用70mm。绑带长度应该刚好为气囊周长或略长于其周长（以便能与卡环想绑定）钢丝绳长度除做头以外应该为管道的周长或略大于其周长。采用的钢丝绳和绑带的富余量极大。保证在海水长时间的浸泡下能够安全作业。</span></div>
<div>充气后。气囊将绑带拉紧，绑带将勒紧气囊。使绑带在海浪等外力作用下不会与气囊脱离，从而可以安全的带运管道。</div>
<div>四、近海气囊的吃水深度计算：</div>
<div>设：总体积为V,气囊中的夹角为&theta;<span>,吃水深度H</span></div>
<div>总体积约为<span>:V=&pi;1/4D<sup>2</sup>&times;L1</span></div>
<div>吃水的横街面积约为：S=&theta;&times;&pi;<span>1/4D<sup>2</sup>&divide;360-1/2sin&theta;&times;1/4D<sup>2</sup></span></div>

<div>船舶利用气囊上下水技术是我国具有独立知识产权的一项新兴技术，通过近二十年的不断研究和发展应用，该技术以其独具的投资省、见效快、安全可靠的优点，得到了广泛的应用。目前下水船舶重量已经达到了13000吨，上排船舶重量也已经超过了3000吨。该技术在大件搬运、海上浮运安装、沉船打捞等各领域都得到了实践和应用。看了贵司PDF格式的沉船状况。现根据研究情况对打捞工程的实施方案和计划作一初步方案。<br />

<div><b><span>二、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></b><b>工程现场考察及洽谈情况<br />
</b></div>
<div><span>1．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>沉船集中在某海湾内，有大小沉船数几十艘，均为战争时期战损报废的船。多年来，由于种种原因一直未能打捞，目前情况应该是淤泥严重，暂不知道淤泥层深度是多少，不过应该不是很浅，这给打捞工作带来了很大的难度。建议可采用水下爆破的方法对水下船体进行爆破分解，分解后的船体分段重量为百十吨左右，这样便可实施分段打捞。</div>
<div><span>2．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>施工现场的陆上如果偏小，可采取边打捞、边拆解、边运输运出地方法能够满足工程施工要求。</div>
<div><span>3．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>现场可以提供拉力不少于10吨的卷扬机及其钢缆等牵引索具，并有起重和空压机设备。</div>
<div><span>4．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>应负责提供食宿场所，并对施工人员的安全负责。</div>

三、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></b><b>实施准备</b></div>
<div><span>1．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>建议按照施工技术要求，对场地进行必要的平整、铺垫和清理，宽度30米范围内进行平整、铺垫，为保证雨后施工不受影响，主要工作场地应铺垫沙石。通道近河面处向水下延伸，坡度为1/10左右，水下坡道应对淤泥清理后铺垫沙石，地面承载力应不低于0.1Mpa（人单脚站立无明显下陷现象）。</div>
<div><span>2．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>现场备齐一台拉力为10吨卷扬机及配套的长度为500米钢缆，配置2台小型空压机。并配备3-5人力工配合施工。</div>
<div><span>3．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>进行打捞方案的设计和筹划。调配几十只专用打捞气囊，并配齐充气管路附件和备件以及与气囊相连的索具。</div>

四、<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></b><b>实施技术方案</b></div>
<div><span>1．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>待水下船体确认成功实施爆破分解且符合要求时，在利用气囊进行打捞，为了抢抓时间，可提前进行爆破施工。<br />

<div><span>2．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>先由潜水人员对实施打捞船体分段进行水下勘察，确定打捞分段的尺度、大致重量等参数，确定捆绑或固定方案，然后将编组连<br />

接后的气囊用工作挺拖带至打捞区域时，用空压机对气囊进行抽真空处理（普通空压机抽真空改造中方提供方案），以便使气囊沉于水下。</div>
<div><span>3．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>由潜水员负责将水下气囊与船体分段进行有效连接后，在工作艇上人员实施对气囊进行充气，充气过程不应一气呵成，当达到接<br />

近浮起压力时，应进行间断性的缓慢充气，以防止气囊突然浮出水面对水上人员造成不安全影响。</div>
<div><span>4．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>当气囊将分段浮出水面后，由工作挺或岸上小型卷扬机（工程车）牵引，向上船坡道处进行牵引，直至将分段牵引至坡道上临近<br />

搁浅时，在分段下河底添加3-4只气囊，充气后由岸上10吨卷扬机牵引上岸登陆。</div>

</span></span>登陆坡道后立即将打捞气囊放气并解离分段，运至水下继续下一分段的打捞工作。</div>

6．<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>岸上人员操纵滚动气囊将出水的分段移位至气割分解工作区后，将分段用方木墩垫起，气囊放气并移出分段底部。</div>

船身。1月14日，打捞公司的蛙人开始轮流下水，对沉船上的钢筋捆绑起吊，4600多吨钢筋在春节前都被吊上岸。
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 春节过后，打捞沉船工作重新开始，20个大型的橡胶气囊被运到现场，由蛙人潜水安装到沉船的船舱内，每个气囊充满气后的浮力达到80吨。沉船的船身重量约为1600吨，陷入海底后，有大量淤泥涌进船舱，估计淤泥的重量也有600多吨。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 打捞工作全部准备就绪后，凌晨4时，打捞船身工作正式开始，一艘起吊船垂下缆绳绑住沉船，负责扶正船身，避免倾斜；20个橡胶气囊开始充气，18台大功率抽水泵同时从机舱往外抽水，另外蛙人还潜入水底封舱，以保持船身的浮力。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 昨日上午9时许，正值海水低潮时间，经过5个多小时的紧张作业，船身基本浮出了水面。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 据查，货轮的破损进水口是位于前货舱的一道长约70厘米、宽约20厘米的裂缝，货舱堆积满淤泥。我们打捞队员将对裂缝进行简易缝补，防止船身再次破裂进水。由于在海水中浸泡的时间过长，货轮的驾驶室遭到严重破坏，已经失去动力，船身处于瘫痪状态，船东已经决定，雇佣拖轮将货轮拖往宁德的修船厂进行彻底检修。<br />

            <div>用水冲洗气囊，使破损处内外表面清洁，无泥砂、油污等污垢，然后晾干表面。当整个气囊放在水中清洗时，注意浸泡时间不要超过<span>10分钟。</span></div>

            <div>铺设挂胶帘子布</div>
            </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td>
            <div>挂胶帘子布是指在增强纤维（俗称帘子线）表面涂覆过生胶的胶皮。修补气囊使用的挂胶帘子布的材质应与原气囊材质相符（本厂根据客户要求可提供同材质的挂胶帘子布），帘子布的布线角度应与囊体壁内的增强纤维布线角度一致。铺设方法视破损形式有所不同。气囊的破损形式一般可分为纵向裂缝（裂缝沿气囊长度方向延伸）、横向裂缝（裂缝沿圆周方向延伸）、钉眼（包括直径<span>10cm以内的圆盘形损伤）。操作步骤如下：</span></div>

            <div>1、划出修理范围，作为打磨表面的界限。修理范围要向裂缝四周扩展，不要遗漏暗伤。扩展范围视气囊型号及损伤范围而不同，通常<span>CL-3型为18~20cm；CL-4型为20~22cm；CL-5型为22~24cm；CL-6型为24~26cm。参阅图20。</span></div>

            <div>2、打磨修补部分表面，直到露出纤维线为止，但不要损伤纤维线。</div>

            <div>5、涂一层胶浆。胶浆用生胶浸泡在汽油中调制而成。生胶与汽油的重量比通常取<span>1：5，涂第一层时宜略稀一些（生胶与汽油重量比可取1：8）。待第一层胶浆凉干后，再涂略稠的胶浆并凉干。</span></div>
